About Helen

Alvechurch Languages : Supporting you to foster a love of language learning and to feel confident in the skills you are developing. For French and Spanish teaching and tuition in Worcestershire, Birmingham, West Midlands and online. I have 25 years' experience as a successful French and Spanish teacher, for almost 20 years in a top UK Independent school and for the last nearly 5 years as an independent languages teacher. Through Alvechurch Languages, I provide tailored language learning experiences that cater to diverse needs and goals, teaching both online and in person (or a hybrid combination) on a 1:1, 1:2 and small-group basis. I am based in Alvechurch, a small village in the North of Worcestershire / to the South of Birmingham. In encouraging learners to view themselves as competent linguists, I am particularly passionate about encouraging learners to embrace studying literature in the language they are studying and am driven to support exam students to fulfill their potential, thanks to my expertise and individualised guidance. I offer weekly daytime and evening sessions Monday to Wednesday.
